9. Account Closure and Suspension

5656jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions; fraudulent activity or suspected fraud; providing false or misleading information; engaging in prohibited activities as defined in this Agreement; failure to provide requested verification documents; chargebacks or payment disputes; abusive behavior toward staff or other players; detection of multiple accounts; irregular or suspicious betting patterns; or any other reason we deem appropriate in our sole discretion.

Upon account closure, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any remaining legitimate balance in your account will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, provided that you have complied with all verification requirements and have not violated these Terms and Conditions. 10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 5656jl's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 5656jl and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other property or privacy right; (d) any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party; or (e) any fraudulent or illegal activity in which you engage.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 5656jl customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration as provided above.

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 5656jl concerning your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the subject matter hereof.
